Sports & Flex Training

Sports training goes far beyond the rules and positions within the sport.  Conditioning your body, reducing the risk for injury, increasing agility, stamina, and sportsmanship are all essential to the longevity and success of our athletes.  Through fun and engaging classes our athletes will gain the skills to prepare their bodies for the support, improve sports related skills to put them at the top of their game.

Athletes will also learn respect, integrity, sportsmanship, and engagement.  They will learn how to follow directions, accept and apply feedback, and how to be a positive, uplifting athlete within their team and community.

Athletes will leave practice feeling accomplished...maybe a little tired...energized, wanting to come back again, and you will begin to see increased confidence and self-worth.
